Realtors, stop chasing referral partners and start cultivating promoters.

What are promoters?

You've undoubtedly got referral partners. Businesses that you're friendly with and with whom you exchange leads. That's great, but it's usually one at a time exercise.

To attract many more referrals, with less effort and without "asking" for the referral, we need a different approach. Instead of the one at a time, you need to build a system that makes it easy for you to get introduced to many one at a time's.

To do that, were going to elevate your referral partners to "promoters." Promoters will, if it's easy for them and valuable for the relationships, promote you to many, often all other contacts at once.

You can move your referral business, from getting one introduction at a time to getting hundreds of introductions at a time. I know this may seem too good to be true, but my clients I have experienced it.

Think about ways you can leverage your relationships to having them ask all of their friends and family at one time for referrals. Use the power of social media and email blasts to make this happen.
