You worked hard for your client, you help them buy or sell the perfect home. Everyone's happy. They are happy, you're happy it's a beautiful experience. You know your clients love you and you know that they would refer you to their friends and family. But how do you ensure that they do that? How do you make sure that your clients who adore you will actually refer you?

It's a known fact that 80% of your clients where they will refer you, but only 20% actually do. Why is that?
