Realtors, how to surprise your clients!
Let's talk about Christmas, every business owner stresses and runs to the mall to find the perfect gifts for their clients. They spend our shopping, days wrapping thousands of dollars in gifts and shipping. They are sent out to all of the clients and sit under the tree and at Christmas time the clients open them up with all of the other presents from their family and friends. How much does your gift stand out?
If you are looking for a time to send your clients a gift, pick a random day in August, or a rainy day in October; a day just like any other. Imagine that your client is sitting at home and in the mail arrives I gift from you. When usually they receive bills in the mail your gift will stand out like a beacon.
This is the time to give a gift, not a Christmas, but just a random day to say thank you and I care about you. And if you're looking for a beautiful gift to give to your clients, I would like to have you think about giving them a painting of their home. You've helped your clients buyer sell their dream house, I imagine if they received a painting of it. The shock they would feel. They would then hang that painting proudly in the foyer of their home for decades to come, keeping you top of mind every day and sparking referrals about you.
