My background includes a Certificate in Business Management from BCIT and 7 years with CIBC’s Mortgage Department. My experience helping clients secure mortgages, and my connections with local lawyers, mortgage brokers and REALTORS®, are invaluable assets for selling residential real estate. As a Certified Negotiation Expert I am comfortable applying my negotiating skills, tactics and experience across cultural backgrounds to get my clients the best deal possible.
Best of all, I love what I do! I help my clients meet and exceed their real estate dreams – finding the perfect home for their family, moving up the housing ladder, investing for security, or finding the perfect retirement home.
I’m a lifetime area resident with roots in the Valley’s growing Punjabi community (fluent in both English and Punjabi). This gives me a unique position to help home buyers and sellers reach across cultures for the best possible result. Years of living and raising my family in North Delta puts me in the heart of the area where I sell homes; it’s a place I know intimately and love.
I am a proven team player and leader, active in the community. After several years as a serious soccer competitor and team manager, and currently President of the North Delta Soccer Club, I also coach my sons’ teams. And as part of The Advantage Home Team, I am happy to support our charity partner Delta Assist.

Alison has been an invaluable and committed member of the Advantage Home Team for more than 13 years. In her role as Office Manager, Alison provides customer support, marketing, administration and accounting, ensuring a smooth process for clients buying and selling their home. She genuinely enjoys helping guide homeowners throughout the real estate process and her superior level of detail prepares clients during the entire transaction. Alison is proud to raise her two daughters with her husband Chris in North Delta. The Valcamp’s love spending time together with their dog Theo and watching their girls play soccer. Alison actively participates in community events and charitable causes and enjoys lending support to her neighbours.
